Spots are limited to 20 persons. Register soon!

Please join us for an incredible open water swim clinic experience!

This clinic is intended to introduce swimmers who have a basic, intermediate or advanced front crawl ability to skills and techniques specific to triathlon swimming and/or open water swimming in a race environment.  This clinic will introduce concepts such as long-distance swimming kick technique, stroke technique, bi-lateral breathing, buoy turns, drafting, sighting, group swimming situations, training tips & more.

We will be working on our swimming in the Radium Hot Springs outdoor pool before bringing our new skills and theoretical knowledge out to be applied into an open water swim practice on Lake Windermere.  Two coaches will be facilitating and available for stroke analysis.

Please bring a snack, your wetsuit, your own transportation to and from Radium and Lake Windermere, and fins if possible.  The cost for the clinic is $20 plus Triathlon BC membership or day fee.  Park and pool fees extra.

New athletes welcome. Participants need to come with the ability to swim 100 meters front crawl continuously.
